Privacy notice (testing phase)

Nuha is being tested. This notice explains what we collect from you, why, where it is kept, for how long, and your rights. It is a draft under legal review.

Who we are

  • Nuha is run by Étharien Advisors, which is responsible for your data (the controller).

What we collect and why

  • Your email and password (stored one-way encrypted): to create your account and sign you in.
  • Your answers, results and report: to produce your personality report, with your explicit consent.
  • Your account's activity record (such as sign-ins and consent changes): to protect your account and prove your consents.
  • We do not collect your name, photo or ID number, and we do not keep your device's internet address with your account.
  • Legal basis: your consent to each purpose separately. You can withdraw optional consents at any time.

Where your data is kept

  • All your data is kept on a server dedicated to Nuha in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and your connection is decrypted inside the Kingdom.
  • Hosting provider: LightNode, acting as a processor that hosts the server and its disks in its Riyadh data centre. It does not use your data for anything else.
  • Your data is never sent to an AI model or to anyone outside the Kingdom. AI wording and payments are switched off during testing.

How long we keep it

  • Your account and its data: until you delete it. You can delete it yourself at any time from “My data and privacy”.
  • An unfinished assessment: deleted after 90 days. Activity records: deleted after one year.
  • Backups: encrypted, kept 14 days and then deleted, so nothing of a deleted account remains after 35 days at most.
  • We keep no record of your visits on the server.
  • When testing ends, all testers' data is deleted, unless we ask you to move it to the live service and you agree.

Your rights

  • See and copy your data: the “Download my data” button.
  • Delete your account and all its data: the “Delete my account” button.
  • Withdraw any optional consent: in your account settings.
  • Correct your data, or any other request: email info@etharien.com. We reply within 30 days.
  • You may complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

Testing and age

  • Nuha is for adults aged 18 or over.
  • This is a test version: questions and reports may change, and the service may pause.
